Low Earth Orbit Adventures is a relaxing space sim set in the near future where the space around Earth has become a frontier of science, commerce and diplomacy. Retrieve the Hubble, rescue astronauts, assemble space stations and many other missions in this realistic but friendly adventure.

From Liberation to LEO Adventures

With my previous games such as Liberation I found I enjoyed the "hard scifi" aspects of it, such as designing ships for zero-g passengers and entering and exiting atmospheres. With LEO Adventures I wanted to try to make some realistic sci-fi (but never losing sight of acessibility). It turned out fairly goofy but I guess that's the kind of games I make!

Inspiration Star Cops

There's a sci-fi show from 1986 called "Star Cops" that last nine episodes before the BBC cancelled it. It is a hidden gem of hard scifi. It's set in the near future where there are enough humans in space that it has gone from being a place of research to now needing basic services, such as a police. That epoch moment and the Expanse-style realism of Star Cops really excited me and served as a big inspiration. In LEO Adventures you are basically the first plumber or mechanic in space.
